Returns
We accept returns of unopened tea products within 7 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@thedastea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds
We offer refunds for the full purchase price of unopened tea products that are returned within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at care@thedastea.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or send a replacement product, whichever you prefer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at care@thedastea.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
